About Dragonwatch: Champion of the Titan Games

The war against dragons intensifies. Will Kendra and Seth find the help they desperately need from the Giant Queen? This fourth book in a five-book series leaves the underwater dragon preserve of Crescent Lagoon for a gladiator-style arena at Titan Valley—the magical realm of towering giants and enslaved dragons. Our two young heroes have never felt so small or faced a challenge so … giant!

My review

There is nothing I like better than a middle grade book series that catches the readers attention. Brandon Mull knows how to do that. His Fablehaven and Dragonwatch series’ are the best! I know countless kids who love them, and I, an adult, do too!

This author is a master at making worlds that draw the reader in. And you feel almost as if you are there, in danger with the characters. It’s the best!

I love that the book has views from Seth and his sister, Kendra. Both of these have become beloved characters to me. It’s fun to see them make mistakes, and grow from them. It shows all of us, that we too can change and become better. Such a great lesson.

I love all of the characters that the author inserts into his books. His imagination appears to know no bounds. And that is something that will keep the kids, boys especially reading these.

I’m really sad that there’s just one book to go. I can’t wait to read it though! Make sure to read these in order, otherwise, you’ll be confused.

I was sent a copy of Dragonwatch: Champion of the Titan Games as a gift from the publisher. All opinions are my own.
