About Keepsake Christmas Stories
This commemorative collector’s edition celebrates twenty years of the Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square’s beloved Christmas show—an annual tradition enjoyed by millions, both live on stage and through its holiday season broadcast on PBS stations, where it has earned Grammy and Emmy awards and nominations. Each year the show is hosted by a distinguished special guest, including Jane Seymour, Tom Brokaw, Kristin Chenoweth, and Hugh Bonneville. These holiday story adaptions have ranged from The Gift of the Magi to the story behind the writing of the hymn, “It Is Well With My Soul” to the inspiring tale of “The Candy Bomber”—an unlikely American WWII hero who dropped candy from his airplane to the children of Germany.
This coffee table edition is the perfect holiday keepsake for all ages and features photographs of the stage productions alongside the stories, which also includes a weblink to hear the stories from every performance.
Hi friends! This will be my last post before Christmas. I’ll be back next week. I hope you all have an amazing and joyful Christmas!
It doesn’t seem like Christmas at our house until we’ve seen a Tabernacle Choir Christmas special. They bring the spirit of Christmas to our home in a remarkable way. I have loved hearing the stories that they tell in each one of them. This special book talks about many stories. I enjoyed reading each of them.
The Tabernacle Choir uses music and words in a special way to bring these stories to life. It really is so special. There have been many times I’ve been brought to tears when watching, listening to or reading the stories.
This book is such a great Keepsake or gift. This is one of those books you could put out in your living room at Christmas time to have people read or be a conversation piece. I loved the way there were full page pictures included in this one. It really makes it seem special.
If you haven’t watched or read any of these stories, you really should!
I was sent a copy of Keepsake Christmas Stories as a gift from the publisher. All opinions are my own.
